Getting new PC

Intel Core i3-540 @ 4.40GHz,
Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H Micro-ATX Motherboard,
4GB (2x2GB) Mushkin DDR3 1333MHz
Silverline, Coolermaster Hyper TX3 CPU Cooler.
Oldskool Chieftec case...

Need to get PSU and dedicated GFX but the onboard is fine for Brink tbh....

Need a better rig than this laptop... Looking for atleast 40fps with lowest settings.

Suggestions?

i run steady 150fps on local host with E8400, 8800GT and 2gb ddr2 @800Mhz. :)

I'd wait at least a month to see if Brink is any good for competition and then buy a new system.

NOTE: This is not just for Brink... I am in need of a PC any way. I miss my Quad + 4870 too much now! This is just to tide me over for a while... and ofc I will be playing Brink, but not the reason I need it. But it did remind me I need a new system, getting 9fps lol.
