Still having internet problems!

For a while now I have some internet problems. When I was downloading stuff, it stopped after some seconds and it didn't go on. Same with uploading, can't upload shit because after 5 seconds it stops. Didn't really have much against it, but now I can't even watch 90% of the youtube stuff. Same for every kind of these sites. I have it since I have my new computer with windows7 (before I had xp). Think it has to do something with it. My internet is just good in any other way.
