What scenes in a movie make your spine shiver?

The new King Kong -movie came from TV and I found this scene horribly disturbing :D You have to be a frigging Greece Kratos to fight off those creatures

not a movie, but one scene from the new house episode is gross as fuck

the scene when house cuts his leg open in his bathtub at home and tries to remove his tumors himself, with no anesthetics or anything.. GROSS AS FUCK
