I think my forearms are ok but my muscles aren't toned down that much. Going to follow a 'cut' mealplan from this monday for the next 2/3 months to define it a little more
I still got some fat left I want to get rid off, going to get my total percentage of bodyfat tommorow so I can adjust my mealplan I made. Currentle 1.98m and 105kg, Kinda want to be around 100 or something. According to my BMR calculations I need about 3500 calories a day, normally I won't even get to 1500. Im working my ass off and the last bit of weight won't drop off, thats why mealplan :)
