I think my forearms are ok but my muscles aren't toned down that much. Going to follow a 'cut' mealplan from this monday for the next 2/3 months to define it a little more

I still got some fat left I want to get rid off, going to get my total percentage of bodyfat tommorow so I can adjust my mealplan I made. Currentle 1.98m and 105kg, Kinda want to be around 100 or something. According to my BMR calculations I need about 3500 calories a day, normally I won't even get to 1500. Im working my ass off and the last bit of weight won't drop off, thats why mealplan :)

ye it wasnt , had alot of problems with random circulatory collapses like while takin a shower , while wakin up , while finishing my sports

but when you got your aims and see that everything you do is workin out ... you just dont want to slow down ... so you increase your running distances and/or eat less
