trackbase and alternative cheat protection

trackbase.net is using a system called alternative cheat protection.works mostly on jaymod servers,to help ppl who play there get ranked,and not being forced of using punkbuster because of the lags,etc.

but here http://et.trackbase.net/index.php?mod=serverinfo&idx=16549

we can see that this server appears to run on slac,even if in fact it has no slac at all.

so for those who thinks this server has slac,it don t .

i m declaring war to this clan for following reasons:it allows nerds with hacks to play there.it refuses to use slac,or pb for known reasons.i want the nerds who plays there to play instead on actually protected servers:bio,slac room,ib,cz&sk,ns,hirntot,nexus because on jaymod i can understand alternative slac protection,but on et pro where u can meet a skilled player,and u can t be sure if he is cheating or just very skilled,u need a real protection.for me pb or slac

what the fuck are you rambling about dude. Let them be, its their business. if they cheat they'll never be able to play on of the mentioned servers, so i'll never encounter them.

the point is this guys has 2 servers full every day.those 40 ppl playing there could play on a protected server,because from 40 ppl maybe 30 are not playing honest.is like encouraging to steal,lie instead of being honest.slac servers or pb servers are empty,while no protected servers are full.that s the rumble here

Well, if it disturbs you just get a botnet and DDoS the living shit out of the servers. Other than that I don't think there's much you can do... Unless you maybe try talking to the server admins?

.they have a member called nbs stary who is ddosing me cause he is a stupid kid.to be honest,i dont spend my money on hacks and bots and shit programs .no what we must do if we can,is to inform ppl about reality on nbs2 server and to tell them that if they have some balls /brain,while there are so many slac empty publics they should play there and not on a fuckin server which allow them to cheat just to keep rankings up.we must fight against this nothing but shit clan

Also, you could try talking to Trackbase admins, telling them how the server isn't actually cheat protected and therefore there are cheaters coming from the server to fuck up their rating systems. Maybe they'll remove the server from the tracker.

no.hell no!they must force their players to play on pb or slac,or the players must be directed to other protected servers.one of the reasons et is dieng,is cause of cheaters.one of the reasons i changed my server from jaymod for 2 years to et pro was cause on jaymod to many noobs did not knew how to update pb so i was unable to use pb,but on et pro ppl are smarter,at least this is what they say,and i was able to get slac on.first day when i met chaplja i asked him:u ll make slac for jaymod?answer was no or maybe.so than i switched to et pro,but back to subject:nbs is a fuckin cancer server,40 ppl playing there,they must be redirect to decent servers which are empty.

i play on nbs because i can connect to it by opening hlsw and pressing connect, as opposed to opening hlsw, copying the ip, then closing hlsw, and opening slac, and then connecting to a certain slac-protected server ingame

yes but, if i do as you said, where am i gonna get the ip then? and how am i gonna see if the server has any free slots, or if it's full, or even worse, empty, and i can't play on pb servers, because i don't know any, also, there's an easy solution for your bed problem, put the bed next to the wall, so that you'll always have to get up on the left side

i use hlsw too,sometimes,to control my server via rcon.u can add the ip s of servers,on favourites,so u ll have all servers u want and see the ip and how many players are on it.hlsw offers many options.and no,i wont fuckin move the bed,messing the entire room.i ll get my lazy ass from one side to another,get my shoes and do my morning ussual stuff.

first time i searched for servers,i played on some,and i wrote down on a paper,the ip s of ones i liked.not to hard isnt it?

i play there when bio full and fbi 0 ppls cause im low+max

well my first choice is bio than i go pukawka than ib and the slac room. but sometimes those servers are full or empty so thats why i choose NBS(when i got slac on) or some Poland

i dont have time to idle empty server or play 2o2 on public, i play et just to kill my free time and have some fun so thats why sometimes i play on servers like nbs

There may be an other reason why people play on such servers (NBS #1 and #2) : they run the same map for hours, and tbh, I prefer playing supply 2 hours straight than Braundorf during 15 minutes so I play on NBS.
