belly toning

after loosing a lot of weight in the last year i wanna start toning up. ive managed to get toned arms and legs but my belly is having none of it, what exercises / diet would you recommmend to tone up my stomach?!

wt you mean need length? so you'd reccomend a diet to lose some bodyfat and then tone up?

What he is saying is before you can tone up your stomach, you need to lose the bellyfat through cardio exercises like running. After you lose the bodyfat then start working out your abs and obliques. Thats not to say working out that area while having bodyfat is useless, it isn't. But you wont see the results because it is under the layer of fat.

You took years to get al that fat around your belly, guess what? It'll take some time to get rid of it. A lot of exercising, cardio and I don't know if you're willing to lose some muscle but if you do intensive cardio for up like 1 hour or so it should be very effective.

Also, try taking a dumbell around 25 kilo and stand with the dumbell lateral with your legs in a vertical position and bend over sideways. This helps tone it more.
