USA liquidations/outlet online stores

Friend and I are making a clothes business and we're looking some USA sites to buy
cheap clothes since the $$ is so low.

Example of the spanish website is buyvip.com

They offer out of season clothes for a limited time in a really cheap price.

We're looking for something similar in USA or some $$ country :)

Is there some legal issues with reselling products? Do you need some permissions / pay different prices etc? And is there a reason why you are not buying them directly from the factories?

e: Would not ask otherways but I have been thinking of opening a web clothing store as well..

if you do this on a commercial basis it actually DOES get problematic. anyway, you can also get cheap clothes at zavvi.com or thehut.com (keep in mind that you need to pay tax/customs.

not sure but i guess reselling products isnt thaaat easy. you gotta check the laws in all countries etc.

marketing is the most important part in buisness. marketing isnt just making adverts. its more like controlling everything. logistic, pricemanagement, accountmanagement, disposal etc etc...

the yes atm is still somewhat sarcastic, admit they are extremely talented (and dominated madrid the previous years, but not so much last season.) Would love to see semi finals without dives and what not.

I recently got a new pair of shorts, tee-shirts, and underwear from their GAP outlet for outrageous prices (£26.99 shirt for £8.99). Having the same amount of sizes is also an issue, though.

E: Reminds me, ASOS is having a sale again soon and apparently its going to be huge. They do free shipping or cheap shipping so maybe take a look?

Have you considered buying older/used clothes and reselling perhaps? I just got a pair of Diesel jeans (used, of course) for £1.79 which I intend to cut down to shorts!

It's a decent idea, but you probably wont be able to get the clothes through customs on regular basis (let alone in large quantities). If customs find out you'll have to pay taxes, which are quite hefty and kind of nullifies the point of buying anything abroad. + you'll probably have to pay those taxes when the merchandise gets delivered to you and in cash (i've had this when ordering small quantities).

But it's quite random sometimes shit comes through without customs getting on it, sometimes it doesnt and it'll make the clothes rly expensive. I suggest you look into the legal shit, and i guess you'd have to get some sort of permit to import goods into your country.
