its "free" on the bbc!
Especially i can't have Sky in France -_-
It never really bothered me because I didn't watch it, but I wonder if they're deliberately trying to kill the sport.
and video over local source like dvb-t, but the bbc videostream isnt all that bad
the BBC could cut alot of cost by loosing Jake, Jordan + all the other crap that is at the start of the race and just begin the show with the grid walk.
the concord agreement states that F1 should be on free-2-air tv whereever possible. Only the BBC could really afford the rights and wasn't willing to pay for all of them, therefore it went to sky - thats the excuse I expect bernie eccelstone to use.
For the BBC to pay for half a season is like paying for half a football match or watching half an innings in a cricket match makes absolutely no sense.. either get rid of it all if you cant afford it or make cuts elsewhere and pay for it all. Its a english institution to have F1 on British Television since 90% of the F1 teams are English. Starting to rant now.
McLaren/Mercedes, Lotus Renault & Williams is not even close to 90% :)
