It was some megapro event in SC2-scene and the crowd there was demanding HuK to build a mothership (quite one of the most underused units as a protoss) and he did that.
Now both of them could hear the crowd cheer and since there was a Halo tournament right next to the place where they played, HuK said that, pointing out that the cheering must be about Halo, making fun of his opponent and furthermore making the audience explode in laughter and cheering.
