last time I did put the nicks and they still didn't remove cheaters from sign-up list, only when the opponent noticed my links they asked for forfeit.

True. The answer of the admins took some time aswell after we were writing to them. I had the feeling that they were a bit overstrained with the situation. If it was theire first cup (not sure if it was) its ok....learning by doing i would say. In the end the cup was fun, for me at least. And as far as i know, the rules have been followed.
But actually you should name the cheaters if you spot them. Cuz as torm already said, everyone wins... except the cheaters, they are just getting mad ;)
