Thats right, shoutcasting has taken its toll on me and I have this THING in my throat that is kinda painful to touch and looks really eeewww'yyy

So I took a photo

Note that on the left side there is this HUGE lump and on the right side there is not.

Im actually kinda scared cause i can feel it with my tongue, but also if I press my finger under my throat on that side I can feel it from the outside.
