Go there, the system is currently not fully working, but them retard put the link in the source, so you can just work youself arround the buggy system.

i'm jsut surprised i'm about the only one who found this out.
The link is just there in the page's source, it even has a note with it "This is the page where we bring the visiter to when he posts the form", or something obvious like that
After the Failplanet signups are closed, I'll give 6 of them away.
