I might follow such a thingy from next month aswell, to have more weight in a healthy way or smth like that >:D
It's just the morning.
If you want to be fit and healthy you have to do something for it.
And jeh I need extra vitamins if I want to make muscles.

no ofc not, exercise is good for your body, but i find it funny that guys go from garbage eating to pure goodness in 1 day. and those who do that usually dont last very long at that diet, which at the end has a zero effect.

instead of that i prefer eating tons of fruit (at least the same weight amount as other foods in a day), drinking a couple liter of water a day (easy in the summer), avoiding fat, spicy and sweet food, and ofc exercise a few days a week (k k, i've been lazy for the past 2 months).

i find my method more effective cause its easy to get used to it, and it doesnt demand many sacrifices (which usualy lead those extreme idealists to old eating habits). effect shows after a while, but it doesnt really matter that much, if you enjoy the lifestyle. and if you want more muscles just exercise harder and eat more natural proteins.

Ok I can agree with you, but everybody has to find his best way to get stronger. I wont do that like Jay Cutler to eat 35 eggs per day, something is impossible to someone.

Fruits are good but the best protein is in animals, unfortunately i hate meats but i like chicken so i am lucky : )

After i hit the weights really hard, i make my self a sandwitch with tuna and a thick layer of cottage cheese, and a 0.5l of yogurt after that. Pretty much the best choice if you dont wanna mess with raw eggs and powder proteins.

Even mentioning today's bodybuilders in a nutrition-related conversation makes me cringe... With the amount of steroids, HGH and insulin top bodybuilders consume today pretty much anyone could have amazing results, no matter what diet they're on.

I'm not saying everyone could be a top bodybuilder even with some serious juicing, just that the role of "proper" dieting decreases with increased steroid intake: one can eat a shitload of fast carbs without gaining as much weight as they would under normal circumstances. Ever seen Ronnie Coleman's videos? Not really the diet that you'd expect to see from world's best bodybuilder...

In my opinion, one should take the advice of bodybuilding pros and -magazines with a grain of salt. Or just add a cycle of deca on top of the recipe, it will make anything work.

You can be strong naturaly. I dont know if Ronnie,Jay or other mr. olympia used steroids but i dont really care. I just know i want to be big thats all.

I was doing something similar. Now I'm only eating pizzas / coca-colas :D and I haven't went to gym for 3 weeks and I've lost 5kgs, what a shit xD
I would say eat properly 70%, training 30% in bodybuilding.
The most important to eat 2g/bodyKg protein per day (it means 140g protein to a 70kg person).

2-3g/bodyKg protein per day not only 2 it depends of that how much of proteins your body can assimilate and u need some hydrocarbons [dunno if thats correct word or not]. anyway do u eat creatine or sth like that?

why is everyone getting up so early? i'm just now going to sleep.

i dont wanna waste the few hours of enjoying cold the night and morning provide, and oversleep the heat :)
