I might follow such a thingy from next month aswell, to have more weight in a healthy way or smth like that >:D
If you want to be fit and healthy you have to do something for it.
And jeh I need extra vitamins if I want to make muscles.
+ that tastes awful.
By the way i need more money to buy more 'stuffs', i am out of protein soon : )
1 year and +10 kg muscle (not fat)
instead of that i prefer eating tons of fruit (at least the same weight amount as other foods in a day), drinking a couple liter of water a day (easy in the summer), avoiding fat, spicy and sweet food, and ofc exercise a few days a week (k k, i've been lazy for the past 2 months).
i find my method more effective cause its easy to get used to it, and it doesnt demand many sacrifices (which usualy lead those extreme idealists to old eating habits). effect shows after a while, but it doesnt really matter that much, if you enjoy the lifestyle. and if you want more muscles just exercise harder and eat more natural proteins.
Fruits are good but the best protein is in animals, unfortunately i hate meats but i like chicken so i am lucky : )
I'm not saying everyone could be a top bodybuilder even with some serious juicing, just that the role of "proper" dieting decreases with increased steroid intake: one can eat a shitload of fast carbs without gaining as much weight as they would under normal circumstances. Ever seen Ronnie Coleman's videos? Not really the diet that you'd expect to see from world's best bodybuilder...
In my opinion, one should take the advice of bodybuilding pros and -magazines with a grain of salt. Or just add a cycle of deca on top of the recipe, it will make anything work.
The most important to eat 2g/bodyKg protein per day (it means 140g protein to a 70kg person).
