Watching fragmovies :-X

I get this error every time i try to open ANY movie coded in x264 ... I tried installing Media Player Classic again , tried to install x264 again with some random installer ... Happened since i deleted x264 from my comp. But then , i reinstalled it with a very random installer. How to re-install x264 (aka h264) without any installer ?

(I get this error thru Media Player Classic AND VLC Player. Anything that could run x264 basically)
