btw RtCW becomes pubserver game jolt3 rTg and one other yerman nubs @ timenudge 0.

Messages for all server admin, let timenudge -20 as before it will give us less lags on yerman servers thx.

- Stay away from all german servers except rtg.
- don't try to prone
- rtcw is MAINLY played without a wallhack
- don't try to kill people mid-range with an unscoped rifle
