Who is it and how old is he/she? For me it seems that nearly everyone who is cheating is 14-18-year-old.

Someone should make a diagram about this.

Well, mainly I guess, but not 90%... Maybe 40%, so the cheater-rate is quite high.

And imo ET-community is way older than ie. CSS-community. New won´t come to ET anymore.

Ban everyone under 18?
