Germany were just pure boring. With the exception of their second goal they were just canceling out England. Most if not all of Englands players weren't even match fit, and they still outclassed Germany in the first half.
Bragging about beating Englands "best", below are the only ones who would start during a "proper" match.

i never said they played well tonight i just said they are good players and hardly massivly weakening the England team, we cant say we had a shit team out tonight because we didn't, granted it wasn't full strength but it was still a good side and had more first team regulars than Germany
germany was missing 11 players from their normal team including reserve
half of the german team were under 25 and most of them had about 10 or less matches so far
i dont think england was missing that many ppl from the regular 11 if you also consider the ppl brought in in second half
ohhh and i think crouch and rooney would start in a regular match

Only real players missing are the 2 fullbacks cole and neville
Midfield: Gerrard
Upfront: Rooney
Micha richards was hardly not as good as neville
Carrick - Not a bad player ;)

Not missing that much, Germany were weaker in their team lineup compared to their usual squad
G Nev is a ledge but Richards looks like a good replacement when his time comes.
