Fucked up computer (Waki)

Waki is banned so he is unable to post the journal, so i'll do it nP.
Ok everytime I try to boot up my PC right after the windows loading screen my screen goes black the cursor appears for about 2 seconds then the system reboots itself and just keeps looping. Ive tried to put it in safe mode but it took me to the boot drive selection. ive tried Esc then F8 but i cant get to safe mode. Any way i can get to my files to back em up before i delete everything with the boot disk i have? Before the system broke i was downloading crysis using DAP (Download Accelerator Plus) was working fine. the screen saver came on so i moved the mouse to get back to my desktop the PC froze and then reset itself and now i cant get back on it.
