Please look beyond your idealism and think about the logistics of it. Unless I'm mistaken, jetro isn't banned by ClanBase. We need some kind of standard policy and that is to ban those banned by ClanBase for cheating, that is fair. We are a community website, not an organisation running competitions, it's not our job to find cheaters. We can't possibly investigate each claim personally. There are 100s of other jetros around, most of which we know very little about, so do we ban one jetro and let the other one stay on the site? That's why our policy doesn't result in all cheaters being banned, but it's fair, we can't do much better.

If you really think we're to blame for ET's demise then I point you in the direction of your very community members, those that continously play with cheaters and allow them to play in their clans. Want to get rid of cheaters in ET? Stop fucking playing with them. (not directed at you personally)

Hmm, it wasn't really an attack on the admins from my side.
And yes I know you can't ban them all, but if every admin would be consequent, it would help a lot.

in fact he´s banned cause someone who cannot trust in kentas development. thats why this person took 10 sec out of the 100min that he saw on ETTV and started whining like "img hes shooting like my lil sista but gets headies - that must be a bot"
Afterwards about 100 wannabes came like "i knew it" or "obvious" (my favourite word if it goes for busts) and thats what people call then a "reflection of the community"

agree, its a good policy, and as long as you are sticking with it and not bending the rules(your not) then your doing what your meant to.
Kenta was a hacker, which when you see that ETTV match realize how easy it is to spot.

Kenta should be banned, but we simply cannot go round banning ever cheater/cheated person, the community does have alot as we all know, but ET is dying we can't just bury our head in the sand and pretend its not.

Some people that we know are "great mates" on vent, even though they cheat, so we do not ban them...

Generally speaking, Crossfire's policy is to ban those banned by ClanBase for cheating. However, there are also users who've been caught cheating that don't use ClanBase, but use Crossfire a lot, those users are also banned.

For what it's worth, I didn't ban kenta.
