Good antivirus and firewall?

need both, any suggestions?and wich dont lag in ET :P

tried sygate and it lagged like hell.
i have nod32 since yesterday but it takes 10years to complete a scan :(

I don't feel it with my pc but you know I have this antivirus for like 5 years and I've np with it ! tha best !!
