few weeks till date when qualifiers should be starting

are there ANY euro teams interested / planning on going / already decided to attend ?

what about polish teams?

if a team consists of at least 4 polish active players (ppl who will take part in game) and max 2 foreign active players and pays polish entry fee would be considered as polish team
