its normal, belgium is seeded in the 3rd group

so they always have to play vs 2 "big" teams, so very likely theyll always lose unless they can break our of the 3rd seed group

Poland- group 3 -not too easy not too hard. Czech Rep. - always good @ quali, always goin to finals fast. Northern Ireland- hard @ away match- they won @ Spain & Sweden this Euro quali ;o

Really nice to hear that you count on Hungary too! It's a hard group, but our team is now on a good way with using fresh talents, I hope it will be as good as Romania or Croatia nowadays, but anyways if I see well played games from our team I will be happy even if we lose or drop out...

Le premier du groupe sera automatiquement qualifié. Les huit meilleurs deuxièmes des neuf groupes européens disputeront des barrages dont les vainqueurs seront aussi qualifiés.


means:

the first of the group is automatically qualified and the 8 best 2nds of the 9 groups are qualified aswell. So 12/32 european teams
