Back from 1/2 marathon

I Finished 3th! OMFG it was rly hard for my first marathon, and was also quite nice:D
Had a rly nice time: 1:20:49
and i was one mudmonster when i was home :D
But after a refreshing shower i Turned on a rly nice song, and im rlxing:D

me to tbh , playing soccer etc. last time i runned was 10 km and time like 40-45 min

i've been boxing for 3months now and before that i played 6 years baseball and i can do 10km in 35-40min. btw if u run that speed u can do at least near of 1h 20min =)

so if you have had run 20 km you would have finnished after 1 hour and 20 -30 mins so its possible!!!

its possible, i trained for this arround 7 months, because i wanted 2 run some marathons...
and this was my first.

Half Marathon is 13 miles.
