cod4 problem help :(

Any idea how to solve this?
Video card or driver doesn't support separate alpha blend, glow will be disabled.
my gf is geForce fx57000 and btw if anyone please have a good update for it give me:P got no drivers :(

I get it right in the start when i press the icon and the console gets up it says

Video card or driver doesn't support separate alpha blend, glow will be disabled.

and then it just dosen't do anything else.--
