but its in duo, and the 8800 GT doesnt work as good in crossfire as this radeon 3870 ;)

E8400 would be better then the E6750, same price but more L2 (6MB) and 3Ghz instead of 2.66Ghz. Not to mention the E8400 is a 45nm processor. Since you picked a overclocking motherboard (the reason P35 is popular), it would be best to get the E8400 and overclock it past the E8500 speed while saving money.
