There's a much better range for headphones than there is for headsets. Closed-ear headphones are nice because you can't really hear any external sounds.

hmmz, maybe ill just do that, are there any options that are a bit cheaper? cause 100 euro's for a headset is a bit much imo, also need new keyboard and mousepad -_-

It is pretty expensive, but I've had this one for a year now and it's still perfect, they're really sturdy. Before that I used to break a headset every ~3 months. Pretty hard to break this one though, it's really good qualify. :P

r3vers was using this one, I think it's a little cheaper:

DJ (closed) headphones

'Gaming' headphones (One of them is closed: http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser/icm_eng.nsf/root/502422, it's probably not as good as the DJ ones though)

I see there is a version of that HD 280Pro with microphone attached. Will probably cost even more ;P

The HD 270 is 8 euro's cheaper then 280Pro -_-
