Usually it's the part of the window that's outside the screen, or with other windows on top of it.

well i use 1 [kito's cfg] and i dont have any problems so far, [recorded 3 demos + made them avi with virtual dub]

the problem is that you prolly didnt choose fullscreen.

everytime your window is "outside the montior" you will get this noise.
