how many of you remember your dreams when you wake? or often? i haven't remember any of my dreams for months now and i'm curious as to why this is, but honestly i've got no idea whatsoever :( in addition, i get woken incredibly easy, and have to stay awake once i wake - though i don't have trouble falling asleep, so it's not insomnia afaik
but well quite hard imho!

Edit: Try making urself aware that you want to remember the dream before you go to bed, that supposably helps after some time of practice..
You can also do much more with these Lucid TechniqueZ!
but
to 99% it`s woman-related
In any case, if you can be bothered, try to figure out when you'd be ending a REM cycle by adding however many hours to the time you usually fall asleep, and set an alarm. You might be more likely to remember the dream then. You could also try to induce a lucid dream (a dream in which you are conscious of the fact that you're dreaming), like Flixx suggested. I've experimented with this with considerable success, both using electronic devices and otherwise. There is plenty of information about it online.
