etqw eurocup

9 teams signed up for crossfire lan? and like 6 signed up for the opencup so far let alone eurocup.... soooo... how is there enough teams for an opencup let alone a eurocup!?

seems to me 8 or the 9 crossfire teams would be eurocup, the rest are unknowns and get thrown in opencup... thats not how it should be :( ... however giving it a eurocup does give people incentive to play it :) so maybe itll help etqw as a game.. i hope anyway

I think its because of the Multigamings, alot of Multigaming are sending COD4 teams to LANS since there is way more much intresst in that game then ET:QW. The multigamings are searching games where they can win the most money and thats cod4 at this moment.

So the most of the teams play online without and multigaming.
Instead of saying "notrly" U could give and argument?

ET:QW has far more multigaming organisations involved as the scene/game deserves compared to the amount of peaple who actually play the game. Even ET has more players but far less mgc's.

etqw is dead
that doesnt really explain why they would make a eurocup and an opencup, infact, it explains the opposite.

They just thought/hoped there would be more taems signing up, I guess. Even me thought there are about 50 teams signing up, seems like I failed :D

same for q4 in the past years, nothing special so

Its just way to early to say anything about the ET:QW signups for OC / EC, wait a week and then judge.

Also in the first ET:QW OC there were three divisions, ESL Winter cups got a lot of interest (last time 35 teams), the live2win cup had a reasonable amount of teams as well. Okay its not CoD4, but if the game does not get cups like this it won't have the chance to grow either.
