Wrong and wrong, how is it playing the success of the System Shock series? Only thing in common is *Shock in BioShock name. If you expected the game to be SS3, then you are being ignorant to say the least. They never said it will be SS3, nor like SS3, it will be what they wanted to do with the SS2 - making a shooter, read what Ken Levine has said.

Also, BioShock is good, nothing special, but I just wanted to right your wrong arguments.

I never expected it to be SS3. The SS games were brilliant, then comes Bioshock and it can't hold a candle to the rest of the *Shock games.

Bioshock plays ok, but the story/rpg elements are fucking fail. It probably was one of the better games of 2007, but that is not a GOOD thing. That's a VERY VERY BAD thing, if Bioshock is one of the best games of the year then gaming is going to shit.

no, because you character is quite limited (only level 1-> 9 d&d), but better to understand the story. Never finished ToB since youre getting way too powerful :D

I only played a bit of 7 but played 10 on ps2 for over 1000 hours whith friends, was most awesome game ever :D I leveled for months after I finnished it, played like 2-3 times :D First game that made me cry (gf's make you emo) ->
