pick some nice clothes, be relaxed, show the best of you
Tin of fruit ofc =]

interviewers love lots of eye contact - it shows you're interested and listening to what's being said.

be careful though, there's a fine line between giving them come to bed eyes and looking interested!
Yes eye contact is great. Be there in plenty time and well-groomed.
be very understanding and ´agreeing´ but dont be slimey, dont try to be funny dont laugh too much but dont be grumpy

make sure you know a lot about the company or whatever it is you're doing an interview for so that you come across interested and well informed

etc :X

have fun
Make it clear that your goals = their goals and if they ask you what you do in your spare time, don't say "getting stoned and playing ET", say a sport, or something constructive like helping disabled children (ill provide backup if they need proof, PM me for my number as I apparently pass as disabled now a days) :DDDD
teamsport + social stuff = win @ job ^^
Parent
Exactly :D But aslong as the social stuff isn't drinking, then its all good. Employers don't tend to like you coming in work with piss stained clothes and puke down your shirt :(
Parent
what the others said + probably the question: what are your bad/negative characteristics.

Just think of something negative wich is positive in some way =)
well blow job could help a bit
that depends, by immediately entering and getting on your knees, they may be like "wtf!?!?"

...Go in wearing a black cape that covers you neck down and sit in a ball in the middle of the interview room.

When they say "hello?" - thats your queue!

You jump up and throw back the cape, wearing nothing but your birthday suit, Declare you are Batman - and then smear freshly made faeces over the furthest away wall.

gl and god speed
Ask them questions, preferably about as much as possible, obviously without sounding like you need to be told what to do or you're retarded. It shows you're enthusiastic, can listen, take initiative and genially interested in the job.

I guess a good sign would be if you left the interview having said as little as possible. The only reason they would honestly turn you down is if you're under qualified or there was something a lot better.

Good luck.
yeah, bosses love to talk
Parent
lol nice fail;<
Go waki! :DD
+1 D:
Google? =|
same here \o/
no fucking shit
lie
but dont be too perfect aswell ;)
pour some weed smoke into the interview room when you enter

GL
soon as you get in the interview room, offer the guy a cigarette.

Seriously though, the best interview will always end better for you if you have asked plenty relevant questions about the company, showing your interest, training possibilities and your prospects..
thanks everyone,id love to get this job :=|

what kind of job are you applying for?
Poker / Gaming support agent

Something id love to do
Parent
Besides the obivous like be outgoin and nice and behave "pr0" you should be prepared for the shitty stupid ass questions that you can only give wrong answers to.

Like... Why do you think you are better than the 50 other guys who want this job? Why should we pick you? How can you say that you are better than the 49 others? Describe yourself with 3 attributes! Why you want this job? Why dont you want a job that is better paid and has better perspective?

I guess there are many i-net pages around about that, I would rather overprepare than doin nothing :P

You should really be prepared about the Do-you-have-questions-part, because it really shows your interest. Usually people will judge you on how you behave and IF you give answers, not su much if they are all 100% correct.

Also ofc you have to know everything about the company the job interview is for.

Edit: I wouldnt mention poker as a hobby :P
Nice one,the job description actually wants you to play Poker, since its a Poker related job =]

Parent
"You should really be prepared about the Do-you-have-questions-part, because it really shows your interest. Usually people will judge you on how you behave and IF you give answers, not su much if they are all 100% correct"

What kind of questions do you mean??

I have actually prepered quite well
Parent
Some good questions could be:

"How do your employees usually work?" (e.g In teams, by themselves etc)

"What opportunities are there to advance within the company?" (Shows you have ambition and are motivated to do well)

You could use this one if you think the firm is "ethical" etc as it will show you have a similar viewpoint:

"What does the company do in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility?" (but make sure you know what it is yourself before you ask them :)
Parent
questions you are gonna ask them...

At the end of every job interview they will say "we're finished, do you have any questions?".

and if you're like "nah" they will think you aren't really interested.

The tricky part about this is you prepare maybe 5 questions, and they will be answered already in the job interview. But good things to ask always are:

What times do I work? How many hours a week?
Are there chances to go up the career ladder?
How does my job exactly look like?
you ask for teamwork, how do I work with other people?
How many days off a year?
Do I get some sort of education?

I'm not good at this, so just some example =)
Parent
Show em' a card trick, if you fail just laugh and say it was a joke. If he/she won't laugh, quickly pull ace out of your sleeve.
And if that fails?Throw the deck at his/her face and run out the door ? :D
Parent
Yes you figured out the last move. Now you're prepared!
Parent
Dont ask them how they got into gaming.

Just be friendly, polite and try not to be nervous. Try and do around 60-70% of the talking (i.e. No one word answers), it shows you are interested and can communicate with others. They love eye contact and a smile once in a while. Sound interested, look smart and be yourself.
ya, "yes" or "no" answers are the most shittiest.

Always answer with "yes, because...."
Parent
Quotelook smart and be yourself.

Gonna be harder than it sounds....xD
Parent
foff i actually have a way above average iq
Parent
you 2!
I'm not interested ;s
Nein! ;'(
