As people have said, Devlin is pretty much the future right now, Griminal is getting hyped up hugely, but this is mainly because the UK grime scene has huge racial barriers (Devlin is white) and Griminal is the big Black hope. but he is skilled.

JME is ok too - but needs more tunes like Serious, everything else is a huge hypocritical look at the song Serious, which is amusing ;)

Skepta imo has one of the best voices but just needs decent lyrics/beats.

I expected BangBang to be mentioned here. He's from the UK but he is more populair in Holland (I dont think he put his albums on the uk market yet).
