Why dont we ban players we dont like?

Im reading tonight that guy like 
Gnajda is playing in EC.. I played ET like 4 years, stopped like year or more ago and since the time I started he has always been disliked and accussed of haxing.
Sooner or later theres always a proof that man that is hardly accussed [like him] cheats. So let ban him on start.
Why isnt anyone accusing for example. Wrobel, Sarna or anyone else? They also were only like med skilled some [really some] years ago, remember playing with them on similiar level to mine,, but I've never thought they may cheat [when they went high], I think noone did?! Theres always some truth when accusing ppl like gnajda.
I checked EC lineups tonight and theres at least some polish people I've never heard about, I was at lan in Lublin last week, seen them and I think they played really good but playing on polish lan is never a proof that you dont cheat, so please dont argue like that!
Another thing, busted guy says someone faked him with his guids, The question is: Whats the sense of faking some stupid unknown player? I also were no-named player and noone did it to me, belive theres many people that didnt like me in here.

Every player has suspicious moments, its just a matter of picking the right moment and you can accuse him/her of hacks. I specced both naga and gnajda and neither of them had any 'clear' hack moments.
