Honestly, take HD4850, it will costs around 160euros, and is faster than 9800GTX. In the end, you will want to play games time to time.

get the new radeon 4850. It's better than a 8800 ultra and has a very fair price, which will get even better the next days

8800 GT ? Well, that was already explained above by mstk.

Why would RAID be any better for him? Explain? Since it isn't, only morons use onboard RAID controllers, and external one's cost money.

Wenn du dir den Rechner selber zusammen stellst, kommt dich das um einiges günstiger und du kannst die 4850 nehmen, die für ca 140€ das beste ist, was man zur zeit nehmen kann.
