again need a good cfg

bassicly, i took a movie cfg and turned it into a normal cfg.
Stupid idea because it is really shit.
headboxes are fucked up, fps drops etc...
so i need a cfg with lots of headshots AND has good graphics (not ubergraphics but still nice)

modus cfg is rly nice, just play it with r_mode 8 and picmip 1 then youll have a nice cfg.
