grrrrr i am so fucking angry...
I made a new contract with Kabel Deutschland on July 4th for Internet&Telephone. Internet, which I had already since September last year and which really works fine, i am fully satisfied, its the phone that causes my trouble.
As soon I pick up phone (incoming or outgoing), the cable-modem disconnects (and interrupts ofc established internet connections as well...). I already wrote e-mails, tried to call them (they never called back) . I really have no idea what still to do, as no one is willing to help me there, although first payment is already transferred.
Anyone pissed because of his/her provider as well? -.-
