windows tijd synchroniseren(dutch allowed)

Mijn windows tijd loopt niet perfect, om de zoveel tijd staat hij weer een minuutje voor, automatisch synchroniseren doetie al helemaal niet, maar alsk doe nu synchroniseren, krijgk de error: De RPC-server is niet beschikbaar
toch staat die service bij services.msc als gestart en ook is de optie automatisch opstarten aangevinkt, ook bij msconfig start de service automatisch op

nu mijn vraag: hoe moetk nu mijn windows tijd synchroniseren?

probeer es met ntp.xs4all.nl, krijg je wss die niet beschikbaar error niet

Maybe get the dutch version of windows xp, not the belgian one.
