Hi,

tonight at 03:30 CET the plane will take us (10 free men:p) to Crete (Chersonissos) and I was just wondering if anyone in here has been there recently (07-08) and if they want to share some thoughts about it:p. I'm really curious how it's gonna be and what to expect.

in crete? easy bash imo. Some of their bars in summer are simple. If you didn't hook up with some slut in about 10 minutes, then you're simply gay.

I was there about 6 months ago. It's a pretty nice place, lovely hot weather and the beach is 'ok'. By the sea front there is alot of cheap/nice resteraunts and plenty of clubs/irish bars. There is a shit load of Yermans and Dutchies there so I imagine you will have fun :D. Only problem with the place is the sea area is pretty dirty and the Greeks aren't too friendly.

I went to Crete (Malia) last year and it was drunken debauchery. A bunch of lads will have a great time :)

I'm going to Greece on Thursday (Zante this time though) for more of the same hopefully!

I was in rhetymnon couple of years ago. Even though I was there with my gf and probably had different expectations on a holiday than you and your friends will have :P

But the crete people are probably one of the nicest folks ever.

creta/crete = land of half naked women and dudes with kalashnikovs killing each other for fun, seriously (im from there, although i live in salonica). hf @ clubbing and @ beach bars and @ pussyinfested beaches and @ beach parties =d. and btw creta store owners give passing people some stuff similar to tsipouro and ouzo called "tsikoudia", its nais, so drink up~.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR

tourist stores sell some kind of alcoholic beverage with honey and some other stuffs, i donno remember how its called, was some time ago ive been there, but its name ends in MELO and its a traditional cretan drink. THIS STUFF IS THE BEST ALCHOLIC DRINK IVE EVER TASTED IN ALL MY LIFE, SO IF YOU ARE IN THAT KIND OF STORE, ASK FOR IT (ends in ~melo).

i remembered, its name was RAKOMELO
