uses a fairly crappy method of finding what ip matches what flag.

will try and find a better database but even the most comprehensive list of IPs to countries will still probably miss out some.

it's been requested a few times so people can't hide behind a fake flag

you can get fairly close but never the actual city.

my ip says I'm in central london which is 80 miles away.
