Iceland don't have any money and got a 9 billion dept to UK. _If_ they manage to pay back to UK, there wont be much left!

How are u surviving out there all Icelandic etplayers?! Will you emigrate to Sweden, Norway, Finland or Denmark?

Heh fair comment. Having belatedly taken a look at the language in the bill & taking it literally, having no law education whatsoever - would seem they can label near anyone that they deem to have harmed Britain and / or British interests as terrorists & seize assets accordingly.

what troubles me is that Kent council have £40+ million previously in Iceland's bank and if the government doesn't bitch slap Iceland into making sure they pay it back then I have to pay more to the council for the rest of my uni life in canterbury

In the Netherlands there is said that we need to confiscate Iceland as a 13th state :) There are a lot of dutch savers who want their money so the dutch government defined an ultimatum.

lived from January till August in Stuttgart. then moved back to my parents house to go next week to Australia :p
will stay for 1 year there. and, maybe moving to Berlin, winter 2009. IF I come back ;)
