Good morning Ladies,
my gf woke me up today screaming that it snows outside... good thing we both still have summer tyres on our cars :D
The 2nd thing that happend was that my back hurts again, when i tried to jump outta bed... :/ ... So i quickly decided to stay at home and take a day off from work (holidays, not illness btw !). :)
I also played CoD5 Beta till around 1:30 in the night, so i feel a bit sleepy :D
Dunno what to say about CoD5 rly, on one side it feels very nice, fast shooting, less spray, faster movement (not so "super realistic shit")... feels a bit like CoD1, MoH:AA or even a bit like ET. On the other hand netcode and sound are shit... opponents are "warping around", and the sound OMG...feels all a bit like playing a console game... but imo it does not feel like CoD4 at all !!! (like a lot of ppl said). Well all in all i need to play it more i guess, to find out wheter i like it or not... good thing is i got time today :)
So not off for work this time, off for bed again ! :D

Still feel good in general though, had a busy day yesterday, but at the end of it I met a really nice girl at the busstation with which I started to talk and she gave me her msn and such, which ultimately let me to going to bed yesterday at 2:00 :P So it was a nice ending to a busy day.
Today will probaly be a low day, not much to do, some preparetions for stuff at internship for the coming week. Will go there soon and after that I'll get home and do fuck all. If I'm lucky I'll be busy with school for a bit, otherwise I'll prolly end up playing ET

so yes,i miss the snow! :'( forecast told that on friday we get some snow in south finland so i'm so excited.:) still summer tires on,today after work going to buy friction tires. :)
but i like ww theme but its little bit old.
yeah gameplay was nice and fast, but like in cod4 dont like this ranks to unlock weapons, but its prolly going to be same as in cod4, almost all weapons avi :-) and i hope competition mode wont be search&destroy.
like in cod4, best camper wins.

cod4(or in general cod) isn't all about S&D, there's way more gametypes, just the most played/prefered gametype is s&d. taking away s&d from cod4(general cod) would be like taking stopwatch(probably not the best example) away from ET. don't expct they'll turn cod5 into ET.
and i rly dont hope they turn cod to Et but my point was get the competition(5vs5) to obj based.
lets say like Gr or supply ( dont mean some1 have to make cod4 version of those) but like have to destroy smt take the obj from placa A and to take that obj to place B

COD5 is like COD4 but 100 times better...only played a few mins on free for all, using up my 20 mins gaming time allowed per week :p
I also have still summer tires on my car.. luckily it didnt snow here yet! gonna change them today or tomorrow or at the weekend ^^
and I still want the summer back! The only thing i'm looking forward to in the winter is snowboarding, but not sure if I will be able to do it (money, time, etc)

this was right after i installed it :D
played cod5 yesterday aswell. i recon it's gonna be fun for pubbing and just for some playing when you got nothing else to do. waiting for full game + patches tho, currently it just looks like another pub game i'd play when bored. the general feeling of it is actually kinda nice, shooting reminds me alot of cod1 and all the look of it cod2(for me those 2 are the best from whole cod series).
things i liked about cod5 is that smg got much more recoil - there isn't that much long distance spraying & nades felt much better aswell. also i like the WW2 theme. there's probably more but can't remember right now.
didn't like the tank(s) on roundhouse map. the dogs annoyed me when i was sniping :D the voice commands(whatever they are when you call in recon plane/artillery/dogs or any other thing) were doing my head in after playing like 30 min, so eventually i turned the sound quite down. I guess this just affects pubbing but i hate that artillery(teammate one exactly), if you happen to be in the area where your teammates artillery is hitting you're just gonna be in a shellshock and it fucking made me mad :D
right, enough bout ranting the game :P have a nice day at work - gotta run again :)
