Hello
Wnter is comming time for be resistant of vruses, sickness etc.
My plans are serious so lets see what i eat/use for the upcomming month:
from left to right:
-Creatine Monohydrate
-Multivitamin and minerals (actually this is 6 tablets)
-Calcium
-Vitamin C
-Multivitamin (extra vitamin for the harder days)
-Omega 3
-Creatine Ethyl-ester
-100% why protein
-Dextrose
The basic food that i eat few times a day
-chicken breat
-rice
I don't know what kind of comments can I expect I just wanted to share my eating pattern, not that detailed tho...

Get hungry, find out what i have, eat it.
I eat 50-100g monkey-nut daily
eat more fruit and vegetables and eat diversely
not everybody stupid ?

potatos (baked) 200 gr
chicken (baked) 300 gr
lowfat quark 500 gr
atleast 3 liters of water.
Spread during the day aiming for 30 gr protein every 2 hours.
Starting with shakes in the morning and after workout as soon as I get my whey.

30g protein every 2 hours, nobody mentioned this yet but you are doing it really good.

I have a good build for bodybuilding just have to get rid of all the fat I have gathered for the past 4 years when playing ET 24/7 :P

Yes, u cant understand it, but it talks bout american survey where they proved that e and c-vitamins didnt help against blood based ilnesses (like fruits do) and the usage of e-vitamins caused an even higher chance to get brain bleeding or whatever it is in english.
EDIT: And Ive read many similar articles, so yes, its a fact
-Creatine Monohydrate --> only needed if u dont want ''musclepain'' after training.
-Multivitamin and minerals (actually this is 6 tablets) --> Just eat a diversus of vegetables, its cheaper & better
-Calcium ---> Drink milk
-Vitamin C ---> vegetables & fruit
-Multivitamin (extra vitamin for the harder days) ---> not needed.
-Omega 3 ---> oil, fish, milk
-Creatine Ethyl-ester ---> since your a bodybuilder, you could take that
-100% why protein ---> also good for bodybuilders, but you could also find it much in chicken
-Dextrose ---> just take fruits, or other much sugarholding products.
Pills dont work in all cases + normal fruits are better for your health.

Since real bodybuilders not drinking milk at all so your knowledge must be from someone who doest really know much.
edit: Ever thought of Amino's right after your workout, i got pretty much the same only no vit-c / dextrose.

Then I know why you think they all right. I just tell you 50% of the doctors dont really know much about the proper eating. All of my knowledge is from the bets hungarian bodybuilders, and they really know how to do it. One o them just won the WABBA worldcup in mexico, and he eats the same. And ofc not drinking milk!
Milk controversy:
Many believe that since milk is for babies and cow milk is for calves, than we as adult humans shouldn’t be drinking it. To me, that seems like silly reasoning considering that if it’s good for babies, in their most sensitive time in life, why not for adults?
Another argument is health concerns of IGF-1 and anti-biotics that get leaked into the milk as a result. There is one simple solution to that, you can get organic milk and you won’t have a concern anymore. Organic cows are also fed grass instead of cattle feed full of toxins.
Milk & Lactose
Many bodybuilders do not drink milk for their main source of protein. One reason being, the lactose causes bad side effects for many who are lactose intolerant. Most people have problems digesting lactose to some degree. Also the large amounts of carbs is not ideal for bodybuilders. Lactose is actually a low glycemic carb and isn’t as digested as easily as other carbs. Even if you are lactose intolerant, they have milk available with no lactose, or you can just take the lactaid pill.
So should bodybuilders drink milk?
Protein powder is the better choice because you get more protein for the same amount of carbs. You also don’t have to worry about lactose side effects as much. If you like milk than go ahead though. Just make sure you get organic low fat milk.
Milk also contains many other beneficial ingredients such as calcium, vitamin D, and the important ALA which isn’t be found in protein powder.

-bodybuilders eat properly, they dont eat shit like lactose in milk

Some countries also vaccinate each year against the flu, but thats more for old people :P

I'm no fitness expert (as you can tell!) but when I wanted to lose weight, I had this for breakfast almost every day for a month combined with a lot of aerobic work at the gym and it worked a treat.
It's almost edible ;[

Wakeup:
7:30//most of the times // 4 breds with 20+cheese or chicken or 2 cooked eggs or light beef + 1 vitamin + 1 glass pure orange juice (enough vitamins for the whole day)
10:00 // Yoghurt with with whey protein inside
12:00 // 4 breds with chicken + salade
15:00 // Yoghurt with with whey protein inside
17:30 // 350 gram chicken cooked in 1spoon olive oil // 300 gram vegetables // 100 gram rice
Training: 18:45 till 20:00/20:30
21:00 // Yoghurt with with whey protein inside

Thats what im starting with so after one month i will start using creatine. The first week i need to used to it so 5/6 times a day and then after that its only 1 or 2 times a day.

Monday: Chest+ Triceps
Tuesday: Back+ Biceps
Wedensday: Rest or Cardio+Belly Excersises
Thursday: Shoulders + Wrists + Belly sometimes
Fryday: Legs

In the weekend i dont have any kind of eating shedule or Training :D
then i eat what i want and sometimes drinking 2 much alcohol but thats only in weekend :XD and enjoy :D:D

+ Fish oil tablets when i eated some bad fats :D for example: Macdonalds or KFC
Currently status: Cutting to lower my fat to 10% or even lower :)
And i take 500 gram magere kwark + 30 gram whey inside after my training :)

If you train really hard you overtrain yourself during those 3 days then you rest for 4 days is simply equal with catabolism.
Legs are important imo :P
so your brother eats 3 eggs after training.. that is not enough you need atleast 10 eggs (white part) just count the protein...
for you 3 eggs are just enough, you are not doing any intense training yet, and taking all these vitamins is just LOL
I got some friend who is doing bodybuilding he won some titles in USA @ Bodybuilding...etc.
First I was also eating most of the time rice with chicken. He adviced me to eat brown pasta with chicken. Better carbo in brown pasta thats what i have heard from him.
He said its better then white rice.
Brown rice or Brown volkoren(dunno english word:D) pasta is best he said
But if you want that some1 give you advice about it or smth, you better post it some where else.

Nothing special but its what im used to eat, its the way i work, its the way i can keep myself ok.

I mean you are too tall, hard to gain enough muscle too look good in a competition if this is your goal. But I guess this is just a hobby for u rght?
im playing football at high level, so i never been a "real gymmer" who go to gym regulary.
Well for 2 weeks ago i bought my first gymcard, so now i am going everyday.
in the morning gym and the evening football :p
go to gym 3 times a week imo
I mean at my football training i am not doing the physical stuff, well just the run training if u know what i mean :p
my bigbrother trains alot harder, thaiboxer fulltime !:p
gym morning and thai later on the day, everyday. well sometimes u need to have a fullday rest :p
Eat 50 of these at 3 minutes past each hour, will do the trick.

EDIT: Years ago when I worked out seriously I checked what I put in to my mouth, now I just enjoy eating and get some muscles at the same. When the time lose weight comes again Ill have to do it, lost 17kgs year ago.

dont tell you eat everthing just to not get ill in winter. for me cold/hot shower and good clothing works aswell ;D

Depends what you want, for growing faster you better to take extra protein because i doubt you can eat everyday the right amount of protein. So its really comfortibibel.. when i wake up i start with a turmix and starting to make the food for the day... So i dont waste time, my muscle get nutrition after the wake up.
Plus the most important period is after workout when the body needs fast protein and carboh.. so your choise

Whey protein is the best protein tha your body can get. So why you dont eat whole day only why protein ? Because your stomach cant handle only turmixes all the day..

I think a normal person need 2000 kcal/day or smth but it depends how how big you are / how many kilos you want to loose, but i dont count kcal, i just eat what i think is right so I am not so good at it, but a normal person burns kcal no matter what =) every step u walk etc =) You should google for more info but it's not so necessary =)
If i want to burn fat a nice way is to take a quick walk on the morning =) Do that every morning and eat healthy ! =)

Anyway, if you need fat you can eat 1 KG chokolate and woala : D
1: Eggs + Patatoe pattys + ham + orange juice + whey
2: Beef/Pork + rice/noodles + Salad + whey
3: Noodles with tuna, left salad + whey
4: Quark with some cherry's etc +whey
5: little banana + 80+ protein
I'm not really a food expert or anything, I just try to get a large variety of different foods but also making sure I get a portion of fruit and vegetables a day.. Have a guilty concience when I don't eat anything " alive" :P Don't drink milk or eeat any cheese, exept soemtimes ona pizza if I'm lazy but I avoid the useless milk products the best I can.. My trining consists of a 3-split Chest/shoulder/Triceps - Back/Biceps - Legs/Stomache That's not fixed tho, I change it around every month or two.
Little bit strange that you drink whey at every meal, but can be good if you dont overdose it :-) It shouldnt be more than 20g protein each eating. For eaxample if you do it 5 times its already +100g whey protein and that is more than enough.
OI'd buy them but they are not that cheap so i eat cottage cheese instead : )
