Wnter is comming time for be resistant of vruses, sickness etc.
My plans are serious so lets see what i eat/use for the upcomming month:
from left to right:
-Creatine Monohydrate
-Multivitamin and minerals (actually this is 6 tablets)
-Calcium
-Vitamin C
-Multivitamin (extra vitamin for the harder days)
-Omega 3
-Creatine Ethyl-ester
-100% why protein
-Dextrose

It would be healthier to replace a few of these with their natural equivalents like swap vitamin C tablets with kiwi fruit, omega-3 tablets with linseed oil etc.
It's impossible to take 3g Vitamin c from fruits

i was pointing out vitamin c , because the body doesn't produce it on its own and mainly people tend to take subtle ammounts of that. since the body can take up probably infinite ammounts of vitamin c , but there are ofcourse in some cases sideffects

Spread during the day aiming for 30 gr protein every 2 hours.

Yes, u cant understand it, but it talks bout american survey where they proved that e and c-vitamins didnt help against blood based ilnesses (like fruits do) and the usage of e-vitamins caused an even higher chance to get brain bleeding or whatever it is in english.

Ehrm, i study food & dietics now, for the 3th year. Since im also a bodybuilder myself, i know what to eat, and what not to. Milk is really good for you, and i dont know any bodybuilder(in the netherlands) who dont take milk at his trainingshedule. The best way to consume milk is, to take the wheyshake with milk.

Milk controversy:

Many believe that since milk is for babies and cow milk is for calves, than we as adult humans shouldn’t be drinking it. To me, that seems like silly reasoning considering that if it’s good for babies, in their most sensitive time in life, why not for adults?

Another argument is health concerns of IGF-1 and anti-biotics that get leaked into the milk as a result. There is one simple solution to that, you can get organic milk and you won’t have a concern anymore. Organic cows are also fed grass instead of cattle feed full of toxins.

Milk & Lactose

Many bodybuilders do not drink milk for their main source of protein. One reason being, the lactose causes bad side effects for many who are lactose intolerant. Most people have problems digesting lactose to some degree. Also the large amounts of carbs is not ideal for bodybuilders. Lactose is actually a low glycemic carb and isn’t as digested as easily as other carbs. Even if you are lactose intolerant, they have milk available with no lactose, or you can just take the lactaid pill.

So should bodybuilders drink milk?

Protein powder is the better choice because you get more protein for the same amount of carbs. You also don’t have to worry about lactose side effects as much. If you like milk than go ahead though. Just make sure you get organic low fat milk.

Milk also contains many other beneficial ingredients such as calcium, vitamin D, and the important ALA which isn’t be found in protein powder.

eating healthy should be enough to protect you from the virusses and micro organismes ur body has met before, taking extra vitamins or whatever won't really help since your 'white' blood cells need time to recognize t hem. That proces takes a while and those vitamins just help to speed up the production of the white blood cells a little bit, its a bit more complicated but the point is that just eating healthy should be enough :P. Most of the winter virusses are retro's and they change like every winter, if ur lucky ur body can respond before it causes damage.
Some countries also vaccinate each year against the flu, but thats more for old people :P
You're clearly doing this in some form of body building/maintaining exercise, but you dont have any fish or egg in your diet? You need to change that! Salmon & Eggs for breakfast will do you wonders.

Chicken doesnt have the same protein count as eggs though. Scrambled eggs, which include milk are the best.

I'm no fitness expert (as you can tell!) but when I wanted to lose weight, I had this for breakfast almost every day for a month combined with a lot of aerobic work at the gym and it worked a treat.

This is mine Plan for upcoming 6 months, my personal trainer adviced me 2 do this. Since i want to become a light weight bodybuilder :P



Eating: Pattern

Wakeup:
7:30//most of the times // 4 breds with 20+cheese or chicken or 2 cooked eggs or light beef + 1 vitamin + 1 glass pure orange juice (enough vitamins for the whole day)

10:00 // Yoghurt with with whey protein inside

12:00 // 4 breds with chicken + salade

15:00 // Yoghurt with with whey protein inside

17:30 // 350 gram chicken cooked in 1spoon olive oil // 300 gram vegetables // 100 gram rice

Training: 18:45 till 20:00/20:30

21:00 // Yoghurt with with whey protein inside

Thats what im starting with so after one month i will start using creatine. The first week i need to used to it so 5/6 times a day and then after that its only 1 or 2 times a day.

Train schedule:

Monday: Chest+ Triceps
Tuesday: Back+ Biceps
Wedensday: Rest or Cardio+Belly Excersises
Thursday: Shoulders + Wrists + Belly sometimes
Fryday: Legs

In the weekend i dont have any kind of eating shedule or Training :D
then i eat what i want and sometimes drinking 2 much alcohol but thats only in weekend :XD and enjoy :D:D

u deleted your comment about pasta. Well that "brown" pasta must be that italian pasta that without eggs. that is indeed good, low GI index and full of carbohydrate. I eat them sometikmes when fed up with rice. Btw brown rice would be better but i dnt rally like that.

switch yoghurt with "magere kwark + whey + roosvicee" more and "dryer" protein + the "roosvicee" helps the protein to get to your muscles. Perhaps a shake right after your training since you'll have this thing called an "anabolic hour" in wich your muscles can process alot of protein.

First I was also eating most of the time rice with chicken. He adviced me to eat brown pasta with chicken. Better carbo in brown pasta thats what i have heard from him.

He said its better then white rice.

Depends what you want, for growing faster you better to take extra protein because i doubt you can eat everyday the right amount of protein. So its really comfortibibel.. when i wake up i start with a turmix and starting to make the food for the day... So i dont waste time, my muscle get nutrition after the wake up.
Plus the most important period is after workout when the body needs fast protein and carboh.. so your choise

If your not willing to be a body builder and exercice enough you can steady it or/and loose some weight. Just watch the food a lil bit. Don't eat anything after 6 o'clock in the evening, but that is only to loose weight, isn't really ment for bodybuilding.

Go for a quick walk, jog or run, just do smth u burn calories, there are lots of way, do smth u enjoy =) or eat less, dont skip any meal, just eat less than usual in every meal.

I think a normal person need 2000 kcal/day or smth but it depends how how big you are / how many kilos you want to loose, but i dont count kcal, i just eat what i think is right so I am not so good at it, but a normal person burns kcal no matter what =) every step u walk etc =) You should google for more info but it's not so necessary =)
If i want to burn fat a nice way is to take a quick walk on the morning =) Do that every morning and eat healthy ! =)

if your eating good u shouldn't have to waste all of your money Creatine and other stuff like that. i've got phd synergy, but cos i eat well (pasta chicken fish wtc)it wasn't worth the £30 :<

Atm I'm trying to bulk a little after losing some weight

1: Eggs + Patatoe pattys + ham + orange juice + whey

2: Beef/Pork + rice/noodles + Salad + whey

3: Noodles with tuna, left salad + whey

4: Quark with some cherry's etc +whey

5: little banana + 80+ protein

I'm not really a food expert or anything, I just try to get a large variety of different foods but also making sure I get a portion of fruit and vegetables a day.. Have a guilty concience when I don't eat anything " alive" :P Don't drink milk or eeat any cheese, exept soemtimes ona pizza if I'm lazy but I avoid the useless milk products the best I can.. My trining consists of a 3-split Chest/shoulder/Triceps - Back/Biceps - Legs/Stomache That's not fixed tho, I change it around every month or two.
A lot of bodybuilder use this chest/triceps and back/biceps but i find it bad for me. It should be good because when you finished with back, biceps is already warmed up, but I dont like it because i cant use high weights and cant concentrate 100%. So I prefer to train only 1 body part maxumum 2 and it should be totally different, like back and triceps. I dont really copy bodybuildesr training shedule I just train as I feel when I feel I need a rest day I dont hesitate to skip one day.

Little bit strange that you drink whey at every meal, but can be good if you dont overdose it :-) It shouldnt be more than 20g protein each eating. For eaxample if you do it 5 times its already +100g whey protein and that is more than enough.

Well I always do the small muscles first so that's not a big problem :) And I take around 15g to each meal. I usually take ~25g of long lasting proteins before I go to sleep. All in all I take around 85g a day. Training the small muscles first helps me do better form and use my arms as hooks instead of using them to help lift, they're tired anyway then :) It works pretty nice for me if I'm consistent but... :o

That "protein 80+" is some kind of casein protein righ ?
OI'd buy them but they are not that cheap so i eat cottage cheese instead : )

3 komponent protein - Mix of Molke (has some casein afaik), Wheat and Soy protein. It cost's 35€ for 2500g and last's me about 3 Months. That's 11.50€ a month so it's pretty cheap. Think it also has 28% glutamin in it as well. Not taking any protein atm tho. I really have enough in the food I eat and my training hasen't been really intense so far. Mid next month I'll start cycling creatin and then start the full program and HOPEFULLY keep training to the next cycle, I get so damn lazy sometimes :X
