Call of Duty 4 - SinglePlayer

Whenever i try to run SP of CoD4 I get this error:

PLEASE INSERT the CORRECT DVD-ROM, SELECT OK AND RESTART APPLICATION.

Multiplayer works, i got a legit CD-KEY but i downloaded CoD4 instead of buying it (but cd-key is good not fake)

Any ideas pls?

Only Updates, the crack i have is for cdkeys with generator for cracked servers only
