how do you connect to an ettv srv on gtv?

yeah, done that way before, couldn't be fucked doing it anymore, I just use XQF, got it all set up fine with etswitch, does it for me =]

a mate wrote me a script. if i press it a kde dialog appeared where i could type in the ip directly, then enter, optionally a pw and enter and hf playing

I did the same, but I ended up going back to XQF because that way I can see if it already switched to the match etc. :)

Normaly via HLSW but when joining from gtv .. ctrl+c -> start the game -> /connect ctrl+v as HLSW dosnt work from gtv.

that's a warning, just press ok, then ctrl+G to connect
it's not being added to the server list so it's not displayed anywhere
