cost nothing.
during the "operation" you won't feel anything since you (or at least the side where you got them removed) is "benumbed" even though he's "hammering" on your teeth.
only afterwards after you got them removed and you get your feeligns on your cheek back it might hurt. a few painkillers (ibuprofen in my case, NO aspirin) are useful. but its ok, you will still be able to play et afterwards, on the first day you will prolly not be able to eat "harder things" though.
