Need some good recipe for tuna, if u got any :o ?
im getting sick of eating tuna direct from the

this is what my meals have looked like in some months + with rice, well always different vegetable and that stuff. But i rly need something new, cook tuna is some way with sauce or smht.

im tiny
sear some onion and garlic, add tomatoes and a bit of tomato paste, add the tuna, some spices and voila.. something like that :P

baked potato, cut it thru the middle, fill it up with tuna mixed with vinegar and salad cream, and have some salad too

Some random stuff like tomatos, cucumber and paprica
mix it togather
make some nice frensh dressing (or w/e u like)
put some feta (u can take the fat reduced if u want) into it too
perfect and healthy
here's something good you can eat:
take an small plate, put on it 4 oil olive spoons and smashed garlic, and mix it
take 2-3 breads, and brush the oil on them (not more than 1-2 spoons each bread)
put them on an skillet on medium power with out oil and let it fry each side untill it's a little brown
on the same skillet after you fryed and took out the bread, put the oil olive with garlic that's left, if not, put new one without garlic (if you have too many not more than 1-2 spoons)
add in onions sliced, tomatos, olives cutted without the seed and cook it for 1 min max together, then squash the tuna from the oils from the can and drop it for another 1-2 mins on the skillet, add black pepper. i don't recommend salt, as most of the stuff are already salted, and the less salt the better it is, but if you don't care, you can add some
if you have/ like lettuce, take one leaf of it, and put on each of the bread, then the tuna you made equally on each bread

INGREDIENTS:
4 ounces shredded American cheese, about 1 cup
3 large eggs, hard-cooked, chopped
1 can (7 ounces) tuna, drained, flaked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion, optional
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
8 sesame buns
butter, softened
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine the shredded cheese, chopped eggs, tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery and onion, relish, and salt. spread split sides of buns with a little butter. Spread the bottom half of each roll with tuna mixture. Broil about 6 inches from heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot, about 4 to 5 minutes. Toast top half of the buns the last minute.
Makes 8 hot hearty tuna sandwiches.
