izi bash been performing well for a while now, same lineup for ages.

invitium stable team who has been performing rly well in permier and getting some suprising results.

rise&shine a new team but they been playing well in praccs i think they would perfom better than the teams i mentioned (+ they have rat)

omnia portuguese team who have beat half or more of the teams i mentioned.

Tbh, some of the skill of the quali teams are quite low compared to what you expect, still i reckon most of the actual qualifiers will be good games. Not likely a quali teams going to win it anyway, so aslong as the games are good to watch, doesnt really matter. As for the invite teams, theyre as good as ever (better than sometimes, worse than others)

makes sense, but the counter argument arises which is every extra year the game comes out do the teams get more "skilled" or resort to doing more lame shit to try and win (riflescripts - hi wiaderko, etc) face it, the longer a game is out, the strategies all become the same and the competition gets stale in terms of uniqueness and variety - regardless of "who can play better in the finals"

Yeah, nowadays everybody uses the same tactics on pretty much every map. Someone earlier said that BB would beat parodia nowadays, but thats only because parodia is the one who made the standard supply tactic BB would use now.

Oasis has been out of competition for almost 2 years because u96d found a way to defend it so effectively other teams could only copy it.

tactics maybe don't evolve that much anymore, but individually ppl come more and more skilled. There are nowadays a lot guys that can aim constantly with 45+ acc if they wanted where as in mystic's times there were none

The best 6 should have been:

mamut, impact, k1ck, buttonbashers, h2k, snb but mamut is not in and I still think that atoon/rY should have got the last invite over 8bits FiF, regardless of their stability.

The qualifier teams are indeed weaker, would have preferred to see some more stable teams like charism, personality and infernal, maybe. But one thing CB has done well with qualifiers is they have put the worse teams against the better teams, which is fair.

For example;
- asd (new team, don't deserve ec) vs TAG (ec worthy)
- cortana (ec worthy) vs pinpals (oc premier)
- desire (maybe) vs gZcon (ec worthy)
- AoW (maybe) vs idk (ec worthy)
- masculine (ec worthy) vs tA (oc premier)
- negative image (ec worthy) vs nsens (oc premier), etc

Remember there are 16 teams in EC, not only 4-5. H2K, BB, Impact, k1ck, SNB, IDK, 8bits FiF, TAG, cortana, gZcon, masculine mans and negative image, you have to say these 12 teams are ec worthy then you can debate the next four imo, which should have been mouK, mamut, etc :P
