Movie is about some surfer dudes who have to kindnap 3 ("ninja") kids.
It's not very good but the kindnap surfer dudes really make the movie.
They're so fucking funny i remember all those scenes :D

Watched this movie alot when i was a kid so i youtube the shit and found the scenes:
