put your goggles on

step 2:
click on the cia.gov link.

step 3:
turn your eyes to the top of the screen to find the ethnic groups of poland

step 4 (optional): Scroll to the top of the page to find ethnic groups as the heading of the table.

as for the wikipedia link.. i guess one needs some alphabet skills to find poland there (hint: its under P Polish - Slavic people of Central Europe )

The britannica link seems to hard for you. Maybe in the future you will be able to understand what is written there.
