what's going on CF?

- GamesTV.org feed "appears to be down", but in fact gamestv.org is working as it should.
- The site is quite often horribly slow. (I have a suspicion why)
- Moderation seems to not be happening much.

What's going on?

what is your definition of very fast? The server is hosted in the Netherlands and if the current ip2location info is correct it's actually hosted in Rotterdam with an ISP called Interactive 3d.

Unless I patch into the switch that the server is connected on, I don't think I could get much closer network-wise as I live in Rotterdam. Possibly my connection gets routed to maybe Amsterdam first but that will not create such slow waits.

My hunch is that it's the database, and most notably the comments table.
